The Zodiac Inflight Innovations (ZII) business unit is part of the Cabin Business Group at Zodiac Aerospace and is mainly involved with the development of innovative, intuitive and trusted IFEC (Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity) systems such as RAVETM that have been providing passenger and flight crew satisfaction for more than 20 years. ZII is a chosen IFEC partner for several leading airliners and aircraft manufacturers worldwide.

ZII has an established Research and Technology development team with proven track record of converting cutting-edge R&D into mainline product streams, and is currently involved in the development of communication systems, with focus on mobile, satellite and aeronautical communication systems applied to flying platforms. The ZII-Germany unit previously was known as TriaGnoSys GmbH which was acquired by the Zodiac Aerospace group in 2013, is a world-leading technology provider for (satellite) backhauling of mobile/remote wireless systems and passenger communication systems on-board aircrafts, and has a long track record in R&D, in particular, successfully integrating prototypes, testbeds and demonstrators for various aeronautical applications. ZII has also several years of experience contributing to EC-funded R&D projects from FP6/FP7 and several German government-funded projects.
